Use:
It is used for rust removal and protection of steel surface. At normal temperature, the rust layer of steel surface is transformed into a kind of corrosion resistance protective film closely combined with steel, which plays the dual role of rust removal and protection of steel base, and can also play a protective role for non-rust steel workpiece.

How to use:
Surface treatment: 1, light rust surface: remove the surface rust with a steel brush, and then paint the rust turn primer.
2. Heavy rust components are complicated, so it is necessary to remove floating rust and dirt by mechanical grinding. After reaching ST2 standard, this product can be painted.
Coating method: roll coating, brush coating or spray the product on the surface of the steel workpiece with rust (subject to surface wetting), after about 30 minutes of reaction, the rust will be transformed into black.
Mixing: Before use, the packaging bucket should be turned upside down and fully shaken to ensure the rust prevention effect.

Storage and packaging:
Storage environment should be dry, cool, well ventilated, avoid high temperature; The packing container must be kept airtight.
The storage period is 12 months. It should be used after re-inspection.
